Prices, Terms & Policies

Cost for Classes

  • Using a Tiny Tacklers term as an example - The current cost works out to £10 per session plus a platform booking fee of 4.5% and is paid by term. So if a term has 12 sessions the cost for the term will be £120.00 + 5.40 = £125.40 for example.

  • Should spaces be available during the term, you are more than welcome to sign your child up for the remainder of the term and you will then p[ay pro-rata for the rest of the term. Essential to register for the term/remainder of the term or book a free trial for your child to attend a class. You are welcome to register your interest via the booking form or contact form, and we’ll get back in touch. You will be added to a waiting list should there be no spaces available at the time. We’ll communicate this with you.

  • Camps - Currently costs £185 for a full four day camp, £225 for a full 5 day camp or £30 per half day or £50 per child per full day. Sibling discount of 30% applies on additional siblings only and if signed up in the same week of camps.

  • Kids Club - Currently it is £28 per session/day to attend, and booked for the academic year. We work on a subscription payment basis for Kids Club and your amount owed will be spread over three months and taken on the 1st of each month for the first three months of each school term. We only allow ad hoc sessions for those already attending Kids Club. IMPORTANT NOTE: Cancellation Policy - for dropping a day/days at Kids Club, we require a full 6 weeks or a half term’s notice in writing.

Sibling Discount for Programmes and Camps

  • We have a sibling discount when you sign more than one of your kids up onto the same camp, or in the same term for a specific programme for example: Tiny Tacklers

  • To qualify for the discount, you must sign them up at the same time via our online booking system.

  • Weekly Programmes - 30% discount on any additional sibling - applicable to weekly programmes (Tiny Tacklers, Rugby After School) only, however it does not apply to our after school care at ‘Kids Club’.

  • Camps - 30% discount on any additional sibling - applicable on additional siblings booked in for the same rugby and/or multi sport holiday camps.

  • Kids Club (After School Wraparound Care) - 10% discount on any additional sibling - applicable to siblings booked in for ‘Kids Club’.

YOU HAVE A 4TH CHILD?

  • WOW! Well done!

  • We will first congratulate you if you have a fourth child taking part in the same programme or same week of camps.

  • Then we’ll give your 4th child a free place! Just because you’ve earned it!

  • NOTE: MUST BE signed up in the same term or week of camps as the others!

Minimum Numbers per Class, Camp or Events

For us to run a healthy business and provide the best possible product we can only run classes, camps and events where we have minimum numbers. This depends on the venue, coaching and relevant cost. The following is guideline of minimum numbers:

  • Weekly class/session = 8 or more

  • Camp per day = 10 or more

  • Events = 10 or more

Times, Dates & Venues

  • The session you signed up for will run on the same time each week and during the term. We will aim to communicate in advance should a time, date or venue change occur for a particular class. We hire the venues and at times the space might be required by the organisation we hire it from or they might ask us to change the times. If we can make alternative arrangements we will.

  • As we build the numbers in our classes per venue, we tend to combine two different age groups to get to the minimum numbers. This will mean that the time you booked for, might be earlier or later to accommodate this. We will communicate this with you.

Cancellation / Refund policy

  • Weekly Programmes & Camps - You can cancel for a full refund, at anytime up to two days before the first session of the term or camp starts. For our Tiny Tacklers programme we suggest to do a free trial class first, before you pay for the whole term. *FREE TRIALS are not applicable to events or camps.

  • Cancellation during the term - Should you want to cancel during the term, you will receive credit to use for future sessions, and it is also only transferrable to a sibling, and not to friends unfortunately. *This excludes Kids Club. This will be effective from the day you cancel.

  • Kids Club - To cancel your child’s place or even just one of their days at Kids Club, we’ll need a full 6 weeks or a half term’s notice
